Director – Residential Services
A successful candidate must have knowledge of OPWDD & Dept of Health regulations for dealing with adults with Developmental Disabilities and TBI.  Must have experience in goal development and operations management for the health care field.  A successful candidate must have a clear vision and thorough understanding of program administration which includes professional development for staff.  Master’s Degree with minimum of 5 yrs relevant experience in the DD field, and QIDP qualifications required.

RN Coordinator
Hudson Valley Cerebral Palsy Assoc., located in Patterson, NY is seeking a full time RN Coordinator and RN to provide medical services and RN supervision to residential nursing staff that support our OPWDD adult population in a residential setting. Must have a valid NYS RN license, valid driver’s license & consistent work exp.

RN – Full time day or evening
Provide nursing oversight and nursing care to adults in MR/DD population in a residential setting. Must have a valid NYS RN license, a valid driver’s license and consistent work exp.

LPN – Full time day & evening
Provide nursing and direct care to adults in MR/DD population in a residential setting. Requires NYS LPN license.  

Substitute Special Education Teacher
F/T Special Education Teacher for our Pre-School Program for students with disabilities. NYS Certification Required birth to 2nd grade.  This is a temporary position.

Coordinator of Physical Therapy Services and Physical Therapist – Health Center
Hudson Valley Cerebral Palsy Assoc., located in Patterson, NY has FT opportunities for Physical Therapists.  The Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and supervision of the Physical Therapy Department.  Requires BA in Physical Therapy and New York State PT license.   3-5 years supervisory experience.  

Physical Therapist
Experienced PT to provide physical therapy services to people with developmental disabilities. The PT will provide evaluations and appropriate intervention within their scope of practice. Experience with DD population preferred.

Accountant
Hudson Valley Cerebral Palsy Assoc., located in Patterson, NY has FT currently seeks a full time Accountant for the Finance Dept. Responsibilities include: accurately processing of invoices and transactions, spreadsheets, journal entries & budget analysis and daily functions. Proficiency in Excel and other data management systems is a must. Experience with non-profit agency desirable but not necessary. 

1:1 Aide – Per Diem
Provide support and assistance with activities of daily living, while in a pre-school classroom setting. Position requires sitting, bending and lifting. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 2:00pm. HS Diploma/GED required. Previous experience working with a special needs population preferred, but not required. Help to make a difference in a child´s life by promoting independence and enhancing the quality of their life.

Driver – CDL
Full-time opening for a driver to transport individuals with disabilities. Position split shifts 6:30 am - 10:30 am and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Candidates must have clean driver’s license and eligible for insurability through agency insurance company. CDL license required, 19A certified preferred.   High School Diploma or GED required.

Teacher Aide – Day Program
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Mon-Fri, 6:30 am – 2:30 pm or 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.  Must have valid (over 3 yrs) driver’s license.  High School Diploma or GED required.

House Manager – Full time evening
Create, coordinate, supervise and evaluate the day to day operation of a community residential program.  Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services preferred. Requires experience with mentally and physically disabled population, 3+ year’s supervisory experience and a valid (over 3 yrs) driver’s license.

Residential Supervisor – Full time evening
Provide direct care support and oversight supervision in residential settings licensed by OPWDD.  AA, BA/BS preferred. Requires 3+ yrs supervisory exp, valid (over 3 yrs) driver’s license & exp with Developmentally Disabled & TBI population.

Direct Support Professional – Full time, part time or per diem, evening & overnight
To assist individuals with development disabilities to lead full and productive lives.  Must have valid (over 3 yrs) driver’s license. HS Diploma or GED required. Healthcare experience preferred. NEW Location in Wappinger’s NY

Maintenance Worker – Full time
Skilled maintenance worker. Must have experience using tools and power equipment necessary to perform general maintenance, as well as a work experience in carpentry.  HS Diploma or GED required. Must have valid (over 3 yrs) driver’s license and meet Agency insurability standards.

Embroidery Machine Operator – Full time
Minimum of 5 yrs experience (Tajima a plus), as well as exp in the complete operation of a fast-paced embroidery business and training environment, including organizational management, oversight and quality control, Knowledge of digitizing embroidery software and general maintenance of equipment preferred.  We are seeking a hard-working, energetic and dependable team player to join our team.
